Most brain games train the wrong thing.

The usual stuff

Memory games and N-Back drills mostly grow how much you can hold in your head. Useful, but it plateaus fast and rarely transfers to real thinking.

What we train instead

The ability to derive relationships you were never told. Psychologists call this Relational Frame Theory, and it sits underneath reading, math, debugging, and reasoning itself.
